Your order will be shipped from Europe.
All orders are shipped using express couriers. Express couriers deliver consignments within 1-3 business days from the day of shipping to most of destinations, but it may vary based on your precise location, carrier routes and weather conditions. Due to side effects of COVID-19, transit time can be extended.
The rate charged for the shipping is a flat rate of $95.
With a view to ensure delivery, all orders are shipped by a special service that requires a direct signature.
The same day as your order is shipped, you (customer) will receive an email with a tracking ID and tracking link enabling you to follow your consignment from the moment it was handed to a courier until it arrives to your doorstep.
**1. International Sales & Customs Clearance**
GoodSkin.la will do our best to help you in meeting importing laws of your respective country. However, we are not legal experts concerning the laws affecting the legal importing, distribution, sale or use of any product offered herein. You (customer) accept full responsibility for compliance with any and all laws, rules and regulations which may affect your right of importing, distribution, sale or use of any product purchased from GoodSkin.la
Furthermore, GoodSkin.la accepts no liability for non-delivery of any product due to government actions once the shipment has left port of exit from the shipper.
In addition to the purchase price of the products you (customer) accept responsibility for any and all handling charges, shipping cost, import duties, fees, liabilities and tax costs, which may arise or apply to the purchase and transportation of the products to you.
All products are shipped at your (customer) full risk. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss rests completely with you.
If products should arrive damaged due to improper packaging, the products will be reshipped free of charge, pending administrative review if:
- A claim is made, presented to GoodSkin.la in writing.
- Solid photographic proof of improper products and/or faulty packaging is provided.
GoodSkin.la is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance processes in the destination country.
By placing an order, you (customer) signify acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
**2. Incomplete or Wrong Address**
When you (customer) has used a wrong or incomplete shipping address, GoodSkin.la is not to be held responsible for a non-delivery.
**3. Additional Notes**
GoodSkin.la is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and cannot be held liable for the carrier’s guarantees.
All shipments include a tracking number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
GoodSkin.la will NOT refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the guaranteed shipping times.
**3. Damaged Products**
GoodSkin.la bears the risk of freight of the products to the customer, any claims for loss, shortage, breakage, leakage or other damage occurring in transit must be notified to GoodSkin.la at [email protected] no later than 7 days after the receipt of the package. Claims received after this time are not accepted. Notification must be accompanied by relevant pictures. Claims submitted by the customer without appropriate documentation will be rejected. The customer will cooperate fully and loyally with GoodSkin.la in its efforts to establish a claim against the carrier.
**3. Returns & Refunds**
GoodSkin.la accept any products returned within 7 days notification from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
– The product was damaged upon arrival
– The product was wrong received

In case of returned goods you will be offered a replacement or a store credit.
No returns will be considered after 7 days.
Please store the products according to manufacturer’s storage condition until you receive return instructions.
